4.5 Currency. All transactions on windph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). windph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Responsibility. All deposits made to windph are final once credited to your account. windph does not accept chargebacks. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through your payment provider may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 windph may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, windph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to windph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 windph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the windph platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12.1 windph may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or pose a risk to other users or to the platform.
12.2 Upon closure of your account by windph for cause, any remaining balance attributable to real-money deposits (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after completion of any outstanding verification requirements, except where the closure is due to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
12.3 You may close your windph account at any time by contacting support via live chat. windph will process voluntary account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
